Your Instructor
Hi there! I'm Alyssa, a yoga instructor (since 2015), embodied movement facilitator, retreat leader, and podcast host of the Self Care Spotlight. I believe that movement is medicine and that the body is the easiest, quickest route for most of us to find the internal space we crave in our full lives. I teach according to the 3 E's: Embodiment, Expression, Empowerment. It's about up-leveling our life force energy to live at our highest potential.
